Biography

Paula is one of the leaders on Galliard’s Contract Strategy & Negotiation Team. Paula is responsible for structuring and negotiating agreements with Galliard clients and is a point person for regulatory matters relating to the firm’s operations. She is also responsible for leading stable value investment contract negotiations and overseeing contract review. Paula functions as the primary point person for internal and external questions on investment contracts. She also participates on the councils responsible for overseeing subadvisors and for approving contract terms. Paula is the legal point of contact working with the trustee of the Galliard and Allspring collective funds.
